Trove is built on the belief that the best way to experience the world is to stay curious: to seek out beautiful places, delicious food, new ways of living, and ideas shaping what comes next.
Trove is a collection of places, discoveries, and ideas gathered along the way: the neighborhood café worth lingering in, the tiny vegan bakery you almost walked past, the city that makes you rethink how you want to live and work, and the food brands and innovations changing what we eat.
Through travel photography, plant-based discoveries, and observations from the world of food, I’ll share the places that inspire me, the things I’m learning, and the ideas I think are worth exploring.
Because travel isn't just about seeing more of the world. It’s about paying attention to it.
What is Slow Travel?
Slow travel is about giving yourself the time and space to really experience a place. It’s staying in one neighborhood long enough to have a favorite café, wandering without an itinerary, taking the scenic route, and discovering the little restaurants, markets, and corners you might otherwise miss.
It’s not about traveling less; it’s about traveling more intentionally where you can. Spending your money on experiences that matter, choosing places that invite you to linger, and leaving enough room for curiosity, spontaneity, and connection.
Plant-Based Living, Anywhere in the World
Eating plant-based is one of the simplest ways to live more consciously—whether it’s for your health, the planet, or the animals. And it’s not only possible on the road, but it’s also often incredible.
From tofu bánh mì in Vietnam to vegan tacos in Mexico, plant-based food has taken me on some of the most flavorful adventures of my life. You don’t need expensive vegan restaurants to eat well—you just need curiosity, local tips, and sometimes a good translation app.
Plant-based travel is about flexibility, not perfection. I’ll help you find the best vegan street food, decode foreign menus, and connect with cultures through their plant-forward traditions.
Because I’m tired of the narrative that eating consciously has to be expensive.
The Ideas
Some of the most interesting things I discover while traveling aren’t places; they’re ideas.
Trove Ideas is where I explore the trends, people, companies, and innovations shaping the future of food and the way we live. I’ll dig into the plant-based industry, emerging food brands, changing consumer habits, new technologies, and the ideas I encounter around the world that make me stop and think.
Think of it as a curious, personal take on what’s happening beneath the surface—looking beyond the headlines to understand what’s changing, why it matters, and where things might be headed next.
Bringing It All Together
You don’t need to see the world at full speed to experience it deeply. There’s something to be said for traveling slowly, eating thoughtfully, following your curiosity, and staying open to new ways of living.
That’s what I hope to capture here: the places that inspire me, the plant-based food worth seeking out, the images that tell a story, and the ideas and innovations shaping the future of food.
Welcome to Trove—a collection of places, discoveries, and ideas worth exploring.
